DSC not showing in the "Select Your USB TOKEN Certificate List"

When a user trying to register Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) or while filing Income Tax Return or any other file on Income Tax e-filing Website and user’s Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is not shown into the USB Token Digital Signature List.

Solution:
1. The Internet Explorer has also the expired Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in its directory apart from new Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Therefore you are requested to remove the expired Digital Signature Certificate.
OR
2. Re-install the updated driver of the e-Token.
